🧪 Suggested Use / Typical Dosage & Instructions

  • Mix 1 scoop with ~ 8–12 oz (≈ 240–350 ml) of cold water about 20–30 minutes before your workout. 

  • If you are new to stimulants or sensitive to caffeine, start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance before using full scoop. Do not exceed 1 scoop per 24 hours. Avoid using within ~6 hours of bedtime to prevent sleep disruption.
