Gorilla Dream by Gorilla Mind is a nighttime dietary supplement. The 120-capsule bottle provides 30 four-capsule servings with minerals, botanical extracts, GABA, L-theanine and immediate- and sustained-release melatonin.

• Vitamin B6: 35mg
• Magnesium: 225mg
• Zinc: 20mg
• GABA: 500mg
• Sensoril ashwagandha: 250mg
• Lemon balm extract: 200mg
• L-theanine: 200mg
• Valerian 4:1 extract: 75mg
• Chamomile 4:1 extract: 62.5mg
• Hops 4:1 extract: 50mg
• Skullcap 4:1 extract: 50mg
• Immediate-release melatonin: 1.5mg
• MicroActive sustained-release melatonin: 1.5mg

Suggested use

The current manufacturer directions state one to two servings 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a physician. Start with four capsules to evaluate tolerance; new users may start with one or two capsules. Do not exceed eight capsules in 24 hours. Review the current container directions.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose capsule, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose.
