RAW Essential Pre-Workout is a caffeinated powder from the CBUM signature line. Each container provides 30 one-scoop servings. Choose Red, White & Bum, Orange or Blue Raspberry.

Per one-scoop serving

• 4g L-citrulline
• 3.2g beta-alanine
• 2g L-tyrosine
• 1g taurine
• 200mg caffeine

Suggested use

Mix one scoop with 8–12 fl oz water approximately 30 minutes before training. The label advises starting with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Follow all container directions. Beta-alanine may cause temporary skin tingling.
